Geodiversity, Natural and Cultural Heritage of the Kaszuby region

The conference in northern Poland, Pomerania, will primarily focus on geodiversity and geoheritage but also on biodiversity as well as on archaeological and cultural heritage. The main idea of the conference is to provide the platform for exchange the ideas, information and establish closer co-operation between geologists, biologists and archaeologists. The interactions between geology, geomorphology and biodiversity are still poorly understood, in spite of that important for nature conservation geosites and biotops are associated very often. The same, geological and cultural heritage are found together but recorded and presented in separate reports.
