GEOITALIA 2011

The 8th Forum of the Italian Federation of Earth Sciences, GEOITALIA 2011, will be held in Turin, Italy, from 19 to 23 September, 2011. The topic will be "Earth Sciences for sustainable development".

The venue will be the Lingotto congress centre, a former industrial complex built in 1920's: at the beginning of the 1990's, the area was transformed into a modern multifunctional centre by the architect Renzo Piano, designer of the Beaubourg in Paris.
