Geothermal Heat Pump Market in Central and Eastern Europe

The event is organised by the European Geothermal Energy Council (EGEC) and Energy Centre Bratislava (ECB) within the framework of RESTMAC Project financed by FP6. The workshop will promote the use of geothermal heat pumps in Central Europe. The experts will present the experience gained in that field, and will be available for discussion. The preliminary programme of the event is as follow: Overview: Geothermal Energy in Europe, Environmental Aspects of Geothermal Energy Use, Geothermal Energy Use in Romania, Prospects for Geothermal energy utilisation in Slovak Republic and Practical experiences. There is a registration fee for participants of € 30 including coffee and lunch. Registration can be done via the organisers at: rothova@ecb.sk.
