Metals and minerals - new brochure from SGU
This brochure from SGU is about the future challenges facing the EU with regard to the supply of metals and minerals, and why Sweden has an important part to play in this context. It provides a picture of the situation in the EU and the rest of the world in terms of production, resources and reserves, as well as future demand for metals and minerals. The brochure is based on material on sustainable extraction of Swedish mineral resources that has been produced by the Geological Survey of Sweden at the request of the Swedish Government.
